One last card for today, this was also made with Stampin Up stamps and matching embossing folder.  Another easy and fast card.

Thank you cards

Stampin Up has a beautiful stamp set called Regarding Dahlias. I borrowed this idea and it turned out wonderful.  A fast and quick cards when you need them.

Happy Halloween!

This year I entered a contest on Svgcuts.  I used their Haunted Manor file and cut out a window from the house.  I used vellum for the window, you can see little kids staring at the kitty. Also the shutter 3D ripple effect came from using my score pad and tool. I also used an embossing brick folder for the wall effect. The black paper is Tim Holtz the kind you sand and another wonderful color behind it appears.

Carnival Time!

My daughter's birthday was a success! Her friends had so much fun playing games we made up, and taking pictures with photo props.  Here's a center piece we made for the table from yup, you guessed it SVGcuts.  The ferris wheel moves, and holds candy.

Let's Play Pool

My niece plays in a pool league so for her birthday we made this cute gift card box with candies inside for her.  Again this is from SVGCuts, they have wonderful videos to walk you through the process of putting them together.  Making cards and seeing happy faces makes it all worth it. :)

Up, Up, and Away!

Another fun box card from SVG Cuts.  This one is my version of the hot air balloon. www.svgcuts.com

Carnival Birthday Invites!

My daughter's birthday this year is going to be carnival themed. She loves doing 3D birthday invites.  So we couldn't resist when SVG CUTS came out with their box card files.  So much fun to make, I can't wait till her friends see them.

Birthday Day Balloon Box Card

Here's another box card with birthday balloons! This one I made for a swap from Swap-bot.com. I had a blast making it. :)

Strawberry Basket Box Card

Svg Cuts came out with this wonderful box card file.  I couldn't wait to try them out.  Here is a strawberry card my daughter wanted for a friend's birthday.

I used an embossing folder on the strawberries to give them the 3D dots.

Summer Birthday

At our local scrapbook store Scraps Of Love they have a wonderful selection for us stampers.  I found these super cute pre-cut and ready to use images.  My mom loves cats so this card had her name written all over it.  These are put out by LORi Designs.

Ice Cream Cone Birthday Invites

My daughter recently turned 13, and she felt she was getting to old for the younger version of invites.  So we decided to make ice cream cone invites with candy/Mini Uno game inside.  Made a dozen total, we had so much fun picking out the paper to use on them.  Some were strawberry and chocolate mint. Yummmm....

Svg File from Svgcuts - birthday set

Mixing Stickers & Punches With SVG'S

SvgCuts has a wonderful website with easy to follow directions on how to assemble their cute files.  One file I used was from a card set and there was negatives left from the cut out pieces.  I find it hard to throw away paper, lol so I figured these would make cute cards themselves.

With Stampin Up Bird Punch

Owl and sentiment stickers.

Dragonfly stickers & Paper Dot for the center of the flower.

Open Sea

Stampin Up Open Sea Stamp Set is very versatile.  On Dawn's Stamping Thoughts she shared this wonderful set and card ideas.  I think it was with the soot technique.  It took some practice but I loved how the final cards turned out.  They looked just like hers! :)

Finally able to post again, time to Paper Quilt!

It's good to be able to post again!  Awhile back someone hacked my personal email which in turn blocked me from logging into my stamping blog. But all has been secured and is back up and running. :)

Here's a card I've been dying to share.  I found the idea on Pinterest and couldn't resist making one myself. It's called Paper Quilting.  Items used - square punch, Stampin Up paper, punches, and sayings.
