Little treats filled with Holiday Cheer

I love to spread cheer this time of year. There is one easy way to get a big smile out of someone - Chocolate! Who doesn't love it? Even if you don't, the pretty shiny wrappers they come in are enough to warm any heart. I feel this time of year were always pressed for time so I made these little gift bags for the gals I work with. They were quick, easy and fun! I used a package of Martha Stewart treat bags, painted metal embellishments on the ribbon, and stamped Happy Holidays along with 3-D holiday stickers on the inside back of bags. Add a little chocolate and you’re done!

Happy Thanksgiving!

My version of Tom the Thanksgiving Turkey -
(click on the picture to zoom in on the image)

He is made entirely of punches!  I used black brads for his eyes and scallop, circle, flower punches to create his body.  Here's the link for instructions I borrowed. :)  http://stampinginspiration.blogspot.com/2009/11/technique-thursday-thankful-tom-turkey.html

Witch Shoe is the right fit?

The same template I used for the princess shoe is now a Witches Shoe.
From Michael's I used Fabric Fancies Flowers, and Halloween printed brads for the spider webs.  I also used Stampin Up tag punches.  (A little secret shhh) paint samples squares from the hardware store are perfect for that unique look.  Use Stazon to make sure the image doesn't smear. :)

Halloween Party Finger Reminders

I wanted to share a closer look of the fingers made out of soap.  I used a hand jello mold (ebay), bought melt and pour soap, soap dye and fake press on nails.  And wala a Halloween invite you can reuse :)

Goodie Bags = FUN

No party is complete without goodies :).  I found some cute little white boxes at our local dollar store.  We used Stampin Up punches, ink, and my secret tool the cricut for the balloons.  The balloons were cut on paper that has a sticky back making them perfect because of the strings being so delicate.

Rachel's Lego Bowling Party

My daughter turned 9! She really wanted something different and decided on a Lego Bowling Party.  My middle daughter drew the lego people bowling and Rachel colored each one different.  We added a bowling ball and pin for that extra pizazz.  They were really fun to make best of all the bowling ball was made from circle punches :).

Oh Baby!

A friend of mine at work had a baby shower. She wants the baby to be a surprise! I found it very hard to find the perfect colors to use as I am so use to doing blue or pink LOL. The cute booties have real ribbon in the shoe laces and were too cute to pass up.

Of course they are from Michael's. :)

A thank you card my daughter made. She used (Stampin Up) swirl/thank you stamp, coordinating punches, and ribbon. Also she used a natural handmade paper to go under the ribbon.

Thank you's and stickers!

I bought some glitter dragonfly stickers awhile back, and they were pushed out of sight. So I pulled them out and came up with this soft but subtle Thank You card. For extra detail I put pop up dots on the wings so it seems it's flying right off the card. I used bleach for the cherry blossom (Stampin Up) stamp which just happen to come out with a hint of pink, and versa mark for the (Stampin Up) swirls stamp. If you click on it you can see more details of the dragonfly.
