Halloween Invite Ideas - Coffin Style

I found some photos of Halloween Invites I made a few years ago.  I love doing 3-D and stepping out of the box of ordinary.  The first one was for my Halloween party.  It included black roses on the top tied with a ribbon.  Inside - skeleton, moss, and the invite stamped with red wax to seal it. The one below was from my sister-in-law's Halloween wedding.  She wanted a coffin theme with a touch of Day Of The Dead as well.  So we made a coffin envelope with a Martha Stewart skull and cross bones punch on top.  The invite had vellum over the top of a skeleton bride & groom. :)

  1. Very cool, you know I saw some coffins at Michaels that screamed when you opened them and they were small too! That would be an added fun :D

  12. That's super cute! This makes me want to try a coffin-shaped card with a pop-up skeleton inside... which would probably be way hard and finicky to do, but it'd be so fun.
